About the role

Cadence is seeking an experienced, people‑focused HR Director & Business Partner to lead the human resources function across France, Italy, Spain and Morocco. Reporting to the HR Group Director, you will shape the people agenda for a fast‑growing, high‑tech region with more than 500 employees and recent acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

  • Hold overall accountability for HR across four countries, covering multiple legal entities and over 500 staff.
  • Lead a regional HR team of six professionals covering recruitment, learning, HR systems and employee relations.
  • Act as HR Business Partner to senior leaders, aligning people strategy with business objectives.
  • Design and implement HR policies, practices and programmes in partnership with global HR.
  • Advise and coach managers on performance management, development, retention, succession planning and career progression.
  • Lead employee‑relations activities, engage with formal employee representation bodies and ensure compliance.
  • Develop, adapt and document local HR policies in line with global standards and local legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with global compensation and benefits teams and finance on salary reviews, benefits, pensions and pay‑related processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws and employment regulations in all covered countries.

Required profile

  • Proven experience leading HR functions in a multi‑country, high‑tech or technology‑focused environment.
  • Strong track record of post‑acquisition integration, organisational alignment and change leadership.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach managers on talent development and succession planning.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French, Italian, Spanish or Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

  • In‑depth knowledge of French, Italian, Spanish and Moroccan labour laws.
  • Expertise in HR policy development, employee relations and compliance.
  • Experience with compensation and benefits strategy and salary review processes.
  • Ability to manage HR systems and data across multiple legal entities.
