Graduate AI Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate AI Software Engineer to join Bending Spoons’ fast‑moving product teams. In this role you will help turn AI concepts into production‑ready features that reach millions of users, while gaining deep exposure to modern software engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑powered product experiences, collaborating with product owners to identify high‑impact opportunities.
• Take solutions from prototype to production, delivering robust, reproducible code that scales.
• Integrate state‑of‑the‑art AI tools into the development workflow, ensuring high standards for correctness and maintainability.
• Choose and apply the appropriate technology stack—ranging from monoliths to micro‑services, gRPC or REST APIs, and container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Own the full software lifecycle, from idea through deployment, for systems used by millions.
• Continuously simplify architectures, pipelines and codebases to improve scalability and maintainability.
