Global Fragrance & Makeup Education Project Manager

About the role

Coty is seeking a Global Fragrance & Makeup Education Project Manager to join its Global Education Team in Paris. The role supports the daily work of the Global Fragrance and Makeup Education Manager and drives the creation and delivery of learning tools for beauty advisors worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design education toolkits for each product launch.
• Create mobile learning modules for the Beauty Advisor mobile application.
• Plan and facilitate Train‑the‑Trainers sessions, including onboarding workshops, international seminars, and virtual trainings.
• Oversee deadlines, delivery, and implementation of all educational assets while continuously optimizing tools, processes, and communication workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Global Fragrance and Makeup 360 teams such as Merchandising, Digital, Influencer Marketing, Marketing, and Trade Marketing.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of project‑management experience in luxury beauty sales and/or education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Creative, open‑minded, agile, and flexible with a strong retail orientation.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, diverse, and international environment.
