Frontend Software Engineer – Core Web Platform

About the role

Doctolib is looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join its Core Web Frontend team. You will help build the foundational libraries and tooling that power the company’s web and mobile experiences for healthcare professionals and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain application frameworks, tooling, and infrastructure for Doctolib’s front‑end ecosystem.
• Own the integration layer that connects UI components with data APIs, design‑system elements and platform services.
• Collaborate with feature teams to ensure the platform meets developers’ needs and aligns with product goals.
• Evaluate new technologies and processes, defining and implementing “golden paths” for automation, testing and security.
• Build and maintain tools that improve developer experience and reduce technical debt across the organization.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development techniques to accelerate coding, testing and deployment workflows.

Required profile

• Strong background in modern frontend development, preferably in a fast‑moving, product‑focused environment.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, product, SRE, security).
• Ability to drive technical decisions, mentor peers and contribute to a shared technical vision.
