FP&A Analyst

About the role

As an FP&A Analyst at Sparteo, you will report to the Head of Financial Control and act as a true Business Partner, providing analytical expertise to guide strategic decisions and drive the company’s economic performance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in monthly and annual closing processes together with the accounting team.
• Produce management reports, including P&L analysis and KPI tracking.
• Analyze variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts.
• Contribute to budgeting and re‑forecasting in collaboration with department heads.
• Conduct profitability analysis by product, project, or business line.
• Track operational costs and propose optimization measures.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for performance monitoring.
• Suggest improvements for reporting tools and financial processes.
• Assist in the implementation of new BI and ERP tools.
• Support operational managers with financial insights and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with accounting teams and department heads.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and tool adoption.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
