Financial Controller & Procurement Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller & Procurement Manager to lead the financial performance and purchasing strategy of our manufacturing site in Vigny, France. You will act as the key liaison between the site and the European Group, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and the implementation of the Group’s purchasing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and present site financial results to European leadership, analysing variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, investment evaluation and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with FR GAAP, US GAAP, tax regulations and internal standards.
• Lead the purchasing process from needs definition to supplier selection, contract administration and dispute resolution.
• Strengthen supplier reliability, manage major supplier disputes and support business continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives across finance and procurement.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of analytical accounting, FR GAAP and US GAAP.
• Solid understanding of tax and regulatory requirements.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
• Experience with purchasing processes, supply‑chain management and supplier negotiation.
• Familiarity with import/export constraints, customs documentation and logistics.
