Executive Search Partner

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Search Partner to lead senior‑level talent acquisition for technology‑driven, fast‑scaling businesses. Operating fully remote, you will own the end‑to‑end executive search lifecycle, shaping hiring strategy and delivering high‑impact leadership hires across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full‑cycle executive search processes, from sourcing strategy to offer negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps for key functions using proactive outreach, referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and ensure consistent interview processes.
• Conduct market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and competitor analysis to support hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment KPIs, improve time‑to‑hire, and maintain data quality and compliance in ATS systems.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices, including diversity‑aware sourcing and structured evaluation.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on executive search or senior‑level recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or retained search.
• Proven success closing Director, VP, or C‑suite roles in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting for technology, SaaS, fintech, gaming, or similar high‑growth sectors.
• Strong understanding of global talent markets, especially EMEA and international tech ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
