About the role
The hospital is seeking a Deputy Director for its on‑site nursery located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. This is a permanent contract (CDI) reporting to the Nursery Director. The role combines managerial oversight with the coordination of educational activities for children of patients and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the nursery.
- Coordinate and organize pedagogical days and educational activities.
- Supervise and support nursery staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations of the hospital.
- Collaborate with hospital departments to align childcare services with patient needs.
Required profile
- Experience in managerial and coordination activities within a childcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a hospital environment.
- Knowledge of French childcare regulations is advantageous.

What we offer
- Permanent contract (CDI).
- Salary range 30 000 € – 45 000 € gross per year.
- Location in Paris 15th with easy access to public transport.
