About the role

The client, a recognized regional bank, is seeking an experienced Agency Director to lead a small branch in Paris East. Reporting to the Sector Director, you will be fully responsible for the performance and development of a team of 3‑5 collaborators.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring service quality and compliance with banking regulations.
• Drive business development and achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach and evaluate the branch staff, fostering a customer‑focused culture.
• Manage client relationships, resolve issues and promote the bank’s products and services.
• Monitor financial results, budgets and reporting to the Sector Director.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing a banking or financial services branch.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and client‑service orientation.
• Ability to work autonomously in a results‑driven environment.
