Digital Marketing Manager – Social Media Lead

About the role

Join Balenciaga’s Marketing & Communication team as a Digital Marketing Manager focused on social media. You will drive the House’s online visibility, support collection launches and ensure all digital content aligns with the brand’s identity and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the House’s social media activity and support its growth in line with marketing and creative strategies.
• Define, implement, and manage the editorial calendar across all social platforms and digital channels.
• Publish content consistently while adhering to Balenciaga’s editorial guidelines and brand identity.
• Coordinate publishing schedules with collection launches, campaigns, and key events.
• Monitor platform developments, identify emerging features and recommend relevant implementations.
• Identify content and digital asset needs based on the marketing calendar and business priorities.
• Draft strategic briefs for the Image team to create digital assets and content.
• Facilitate communication and project coordination between Marketing, Communication, and Creative teams.
• Contribute to the maintenance and deployment of the 360° marketing plan.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Social Media, Community Management, or Digital Communications, preferably in luxury, fashion, or a creative environment.
• Strong passion for digital culture and deep understanding of social media platforms, ecosystems, and trends.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, cross‑functional mindset.
