Desktop Engineer – Consultant (Paris)

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced Desktop Engineer to join its Paris office as a consultant. You will work directly with European clients, delivering end‑to‑end desktop solutions and ensuring a reliable IT environment for business users.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements, define problems and propose tailored desktop solutions.
• Configure, install and deploy operating systems (Windows 11) and standard software (Microsoft 365) on laptops and desktops.
• Provide hardware break‑fix and support for audio‑video conference equipment such as Microsoft Teams Room, Crestron and Polycom.
• Deliver Mobile Device Management services and support VPN, office network, printers, copiers and basic network troubleshooting.
• Guide project teams on processes, deliverables and client training, and contribute to proposal development.
• Offer remote assistance and conduct quarterly on‑site visits to the Brussels office.

Required profile

• 8+ years of desktop support experience.
• Fluent in English and French.
• EU or French citizenship.
• Client‑facing experience in a European environment is preferred.
• Willingness to work from the Paris office.
