About the role

The Deputy Store Director supports the Store Director in delivering outstanding client experiences, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence for a flagship luxury boutique in Paris. This senior retail role combines strategic business development with hands‑on team leadership in a fast‑paced, high‑touch environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Director in defining and executing store‑specific strategies aligned with brand vision and business targets.
• Analyse sales data, KPIs and market trends to shape action plans and merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.
• Coach, train and manage the store team, including middle‑management, to foster high performance and professional growth.
• Implement clienteling initiatives, gather client feedback and nurture long‑term relationships to boost loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and brand image across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail management or a comparable senior sales role.
