Data Scientist

About the role

As a Data Scientist you will dive into massive streams of player data from globally played games, turning behaviours into actionable insights and machine‑learning models that directly shape player experience and game performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large‑scale player data in a fast‑paced gaming environment and turn it into clear insights.
• Perform advanced feature engineering using data from the company’s data warehouse.
• Prototype and evaluate machine‑learning models to improve performance baselines.
• Develop internal tracking, prediction pipelines and monitoring systems.
• Design robust experiments, apply causal inference and A/B testing to improve decision‑making.

Required profile

• First full‑time professional experience in tech, gaming or a related industry.
• Product‑ and business‑oriented mindset with the ability to link data work to game impact.
• Comfortable presenting complex topics to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Capable of delivering end‑to‑end projects independently.

Required skills

• Python (pandas, numpy, scikit‑learn, matplotlib, seaborn)
• Strong SQL proficiency
• Git and machine‑learning workflow experience
• Experimental design, statistical methods, causal inference, A/B testing
• Ability to work with large‑scale data sets
