Cyberdefense Expert

About the role

L'Oréal's Beauty Tech division is looking for a Cyberdefense Expert to strengthen its global security posture. You will join the CyberDefense Center and work closely with international security teams to enhance detection and response capabilities while integrating cutting‑edge AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and roll‑out of the cyberdefense roadmap.
• Propose and implement detection solutions and processes aligned with L'Oréal's ecosystem.
• Challenge existing detection capabilities and work with cybersecurity partners.
• Implement detection rules on SIEM, EDR, and cloud security tools.
• Build automation workflows using SOAR, EDR, and cloud platforms.
• Accelerate the use of AI/ML functionalities in security solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement based on real incidents, red‑team exercises, and purple‑team activities.
• Test new cyberdefense solutions and support their deployment.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in cyberdefense, detection, and response.
• Experience working in an international, collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical skills to assess cyber‑attacks and drive improvement plans.

• SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
• Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools.
• Cloud security solutions.
• Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) tools.
• AI/ML techniques applied to security analytics.
• Automation workflow development.
