Customer Success Manager

About the role

Conga is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of global, complex customers who rely on Conga’s revenue‑operations solutions. Working remotely from France (preferred location Toulouse), you will partner with customers to drive adoption, value realization, and long‑term advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a book of enterprise customers, performing detailed adoption analysis and joint planning.
• Lead value‑realization activities such as stakeholder alignment, roadmap reviews, and solution iteration.
• Coordinate with internal Conga teams to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
• Drive customer advocacy, monitor health metrics, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Travel up to 10% across EMEA for on‑site engagements and relationship building.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a Customer Success role with large enterprise or strategic accounts.
• Proven ability to grow and retain customer relationships and to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Native or C2‑level proficiency in French and strong English communication skills.
• Collaborative, consultative mindset with a focus on customer outcomes.
