Customer Operations Manager II – French Speaking

About the role

Deel is looking for a Customer Operations Manager II who will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking clients. In this role you will nurture long‑term relationships, turn them into revenue opportunities and act as a trusted advisor on operational and product matters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain genuine, durable relationships with French‑speaking customers.
• Identify and convert relationship insights into long‑term revenue growth.
• Provide strategic guidance on operational and product‑related issues.
• Champion new Deel products and capabilities to expand client usage.
• Serve as an internal advocate for client needs across product, sales and support teams.
• Lead cross‑functional projects to deliver customer‑focused solutions.

• Hands‑on attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves and deliver projects.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Experience in customer operations, success or related client‑facing roles.
