Control Room Operator

About the role

We are seeking experienced Control Room Operators to join an international commissioning project in the energy sector in France. The role involves operating plant systems, supporting start‑up activities and ensuring safe, continuous production in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate plant processes through DCS/SCADA interfaces.
• Execute commissioning procedures including start‑up, testing and shutdown of equipment.
• Monitor alarms, detect process deviations and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with field operators and commissioning teams.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and generate reports.

Required profile

• Engineering degree, diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
• 3–10 years of experience in commissioning, power plants or energy facilities.
• Background on energized construction sites, combustion plants or turbo‑generators.
• Fluent in French or English, preferably both.
