Compliance & Data Protection Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Compliance & Data Protection Officer to join iQera’s team in France. The role will support the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance and personal data protection frameworks across the site, ensuring adherence to local regulations and group standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deploy and update internal compliance policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Promote a culture of compliance and confidentiality throughout the organisation.
• Monitor confidentiality incidents, manage corrective actions and support incident reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory obligations and keep abreast of regulatory developments.
• Participate in group‑wide reporting, compliance campaigns, questionnaires and internal audits.
• Support the internal control framework, conduct ongoing controls and document results.
• Identify and monitor operational risks, track incidents and non‑compliance issues, and assist with remediation plans.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects aimed at improving processes, tools and documentation.

Required profile

• Previous professional experience in Data Protection (DPA) or related compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of French data protection regulations and general compliance requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and communicate compliance expectations.
