Communications Manager - Hybrid

About the role

Replika is rebuilding its AI companion from the ground up and needs a Communications Manager to shape the public narrative alongside the CEO. This hybrid position blends public relations, founder communications, creative production, and light operations to ensure the brand’s story reaches journalists, academics, cultural thinkers, and users.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CEO to craft and refine narratives, essays, blog posts, and public messages.
• Co‑write and edit the Replika blog, maintaining a sharp, human voice.
• Coordinate with PR and media agencies, manage interview schedules, and track story placement.
• Build and manage an advisory board of writers, philosophers, artists, psychologists, and other cultural thinkers.
• Identify academic collaborators and oversee creative projects such as documentaries, brand stories, and cultural initiatives.

Required profile

• Highly discreet, fast‑moving, and curious with strong judgment.
• Comfortable working closely with a visionary founder who values creativity and rejects corporate formalities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to turn vague ideas into clear, compelling stories.
