About the role
Ultima Markets is seeking a proactive Business Developer to expand its network of Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates, and institutional clients. You will play a key role in driving user acquisition and strengthening partnerships within the fintech and forex sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and cultivate relationships with Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates, and Institutional/B2B clients.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships to ensure client retention and engagement.
- Conduct market analysis to pinpoint potential partners and evaluate the competitive landscape in the FX sector.
- Provide partners with ongoing support, resources, and tools to promote the platform effectively.
- Operate within the company’s legal framework, maintaining professionalism in all communications.
- Monitor partnership performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
- Preferable experience in Forex, Commodities, CFDs, or the broader financial industry.
- Strong understanding of FX sales and brokerage environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Ability to work discreetly and professionally in a sensitive market.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working independently.
