Assistant Team Lead – Private Landlords

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Team Lead to support the Private Landlords division of Europe’s largest student rental platform. Working closely with the division Lead, you will help coordinate daily operations, coach team members and ensure high‑quality service for landlords and students.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stand‑ups, synchronize meetings and distribute tasks across the team.
• Prepare weekly meeting materials, track follow‑up actions and maintain consistent reporting.
• Onboard, integrate and mentor new and seasonal staff, modelling best practices and company values.
• Monitor individual and team KPIs, analyse gaps, raise alerts and suggest process optimisations.
• Manage a dedicated client portfolio, ensure satisfaction, follow up on issues and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, operational management or small‑team supervision.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural leadership style.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Ability to handle sensitive B2B or end‑user situations.
• Fluent English preferred.
