AI Software Engineer – Junior or Experienced

About the role

We are seeking AI Software Engineers to join our fast‑growing cloud‑based SaaS team in Paris. You will work with cutting‑edge AI assistants (Claude and OpenAI) to evolve our products and the way we build software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java, iOS, and React features and microservices for the FieldLogs SaaS platform.
• Build secure, scalable, high‑performance APIs for backend and mobile field applications.
• Handle data modeling, data mapping, and aviation/industrial data standards such as traceability, audit logs, and compliance.
• Contribute to R&D topics including configurable business logic, execution engines, and domain‑specific components.
• Collaborate with mobile, QA, and functional teams through code reviews, testing, and agile delivery.
• Progressively take ownership of technical topics and prepare for leadership responsibilities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of backend software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, backend development, and microservices architectures.
• Experience with API design, integration, and lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of data modeling and complex business workflows.
• Interest or experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, and B2B products.
• Fluent in English, comfortable working in multicultural, international teams.
