About the role

Gulf Associates is seeking a remote AI Operations Assistant to support internal research teams and maintain the AI‑driven tools used for commercial advisory. You will act as a bridge between technical AI capabilities and the practical logic of high‑stakes deals.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the internal knowledge base that powers AI agents for preliminary research on counterparties and competitors.
• Clean, format, and organize raw market data to keep scenario‑modeling tools functional.
• Test and refine prompts to ensure automated summaries capture territory‑specific nuances.
• Monitor daily AI trackers for competitor behavior changes and regulatory shifts.
• Support senior partners by organizing digital research assets and preparing tools for live negotiation sessions.
• Document workflows that integrate AI outputs into final advisory reports.
• Troubleshoot minor technical interruptions in research software or data feeds.
• Update internal databases with outcomes of recent deals to improve model accuracy.
