Aftermarket Supplier Account Manager – Equipment & Systems

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Aftermarket Supplier Account Manager (f/m) for Equipment & Systems to join the Customer Services Department in Toulouse, France. The role will represent Airbus with suppliers and manage support and service relationships for airlines and internal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate supplier support conditions, manage spares pricing, GMTBUR and GDMC, and act on escalations for airline and Airbus interests.
• Serve as the primary Customer Services focal point for Equipment & Systems, contribute to MFT strategy and integrate support views in tender selections.
• Lead supplier performance rating, drive improvement plans, and coordinate senior management meetings with suppliers.
• Participate in service forums, organise periodic aftermarket reviews, and support projects such as A380 obsolescence and program EIS.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of experience in a similar supplier account management role.
• Proactive, autonomous mindset with strong team‑player attitude.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder‑management skills to drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
