About the role
Twelve is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships, drive strategic growth, and ensure flawless execution of merchandise and packaging projects for premium brands. The role will serve as the primary liaison for key accounts, with a focus on L'Oréal and other luxury clients, coordinating across creative, development, and production teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage new client briefs from inception through production, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Maintain daily external communication with clients and internal updates with development, creative, and production teams.
- Lead internal project management to meet Twelve’s response standards and client service level agreements.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Develop tailored client strategies to exceed sales and account targets.
- Lead RFP and tender submissions, leveraging internal resources to create competitive proposals.
- Monitor industry trends and client feedback to keep Twelve’s solutions relevant.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years of experience in account management within the beauty, fashion, or luxury sectors.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the EU as needed.
