Account Manager – Fashion (TikTok Shop) – Paris

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join TikTok Shop’s fast‑growing fashion team in Paris. You will be responsible for onboarding and scaling high‑potential fashion merchants, helping them thrive in TikTok’s unique social‑commerce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard strategic fashion merchants across France.
• Design and execute growth plans covering assortment, content, creator collaborations, pricing, logistics and campaigns.
• Own revenue and GMV targets, using data‑driven experimentation to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Creator and Policy teams to enhance merchant and user experiences.
• Analyse market trends and sub‑category performance to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Lead internal projects such as campaigns, product launches and B2B marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, account management, social media marketing or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑facing mindset.
• Deep understanding of the fashion market, trends and creator ecosystems in Europe and globally.
• Fluent in English and French.
