Working Student – Enrollment & Registration (20h/week)

About the role

As a Working Student in Enrollment & Registration you will support the Quality Team of Tomorrow University. The position is fully remote and requires 20 hours per week, aligned with Central European Time (±2 h). You will gain hands‑on experience with student record management and regulatory processes in a state‑recognised private university.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update student records in the registration database, including status and program changes.
• Process and track leave‑of‑absence requests.
• Draft and issue standard certification documents (enrollment confirmations, transcript requests, visa letters, tax and employer certifications) using established templates.
• Support the development and maintenance of document templates to reduce manual handling time.
• Respond to student enquiries on enrollment and administrative matters via email, Slack, or video call.
• Assist learners in navigating self‑service registration processes.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (working‑student status).
• Availability to work 20 hours per week remotely.
• Ability to work within Central European Time (±2 h).
