Warehouse & Logistics Worker

About the role

Join a multicultural team at ABIn AB as a Warehouse & Logistics Worker. You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring the warehouse remains organized and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check, and record incoming goods in the warehouse management system.
• Store items with proper physical identification (SP codes) and ensure system locations are correctly assigned.
• Prepare materials for issue, record outgoing goods, and manage KO (knock‑out) materials.
• Create and monitor logistics requests for internal shipments via the Service Portal.
• Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse, ensuring correct coding and optimal storage by product category or size.
• Support consignment stock management, including analysis of service orders and technician training.
• Conduct regular and year‑end inventories, generate reports, and perform corrective movements.

Required profile

• Ability to follow warehouse procedures and new directives from management.
• Attention to detail for accurate coding, stock alignment, and inventory reporting.
• Organizational skills to keep the warehouse tidy and ensure proper segregation of KO and disposal materials.
• Willingness to cooperate with service operation teams and support consignment stock activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Service Portal for logistics requests.
• Experience using a warehouse management system for goods receipt, storage, and issue.
