VP Finance – Strategic Partner for Growth

About the role

Leanspace is seeking a VP Finance to act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. This senior leader will drive financial planning, performance management, and corporate finance across the company’s international operations, blending strategic insight with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own forecasting, budgeting, scenario planning and cash management; maintain and evolve the financial model.
• Prepare board, investor and leadership reports; support fundraising and strategic initiatives.
• Manage treasury, accounts receivable, collections, payroll oversight and cash controls.
• Coordinate month‑end close, external accounting support and auditor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and build reporting dashboards for operational visibility.
• Evaluate, implement and optimise finance systems, automation and AI‑driven workflows.
• Partner with the CEO on strategic planning, growth initiatives, pricing and go‑to‑market decisions.

Required profile

• Strong FP&A, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.
• Proven experience building and scaling finance processes, systems and reporting in a fast‑growing organisation.
• Background in SaaS, technology or scale‑up environments preferred.
• Hands‑on operator comfortable balancing strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution.
• Excellent communicator able to influence stakeholders and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Professional English required; working proficiency in French is a plus.
