VIP Internship – Marketing & Communication

About the role

LOEWE is looking for a motivated intern to support its VIP Marketing & Communication team in Paris. You will work closely with the Global VIP & Talents Relations Executive, gaining hands‑on experience in luxury brand communications and VIP management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate VIP sample trafficking with agencies and internal teams, handling shipments, returns and tools such as Launchmetrics.
• Manage VIP product placements and gifting initiatives.
• Monitor VIP media clippings and assist in preparing reports.
• Build casting lists for VIP‑related projects.
• Support VIP fittings for fashion shows and special brand projects.

Required profile

• Excellent multitasking and organisational abilities.
• Strong interest in digital platforms and knowledge of celebrities, influencers and creatives.
• Fluent in English and French with excellent written communication skills.
• Willingness to stay up‑to‑date with industry trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Launchmetrics.
• Experience with social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat.
