Travel Operations Coordinator

About the role

Queen of Clubs is seeking a Travel Operations Coordinator to act as the primary liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Based in Paris, you will support daily luxury travel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery during critical hours.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Support daily operations and coordinate with the Manager on Duty and Quality team.
• Manage last‑minute changes and handle urgencies throughout the daytime shift.
• Conduct thorough handovers with the previous Duty Manager.
• Monitor active services and bookings, confirming next‑day services with suppliers.
• Communicate with on‑site clients using official templates.
• Escalate critical issues to leadership and the Quality Department.
• Utilise internal ERP and CRM tools for tracking and reporting.

Required profile

• Calm, energetic, and proactive under pressure.
• Clear and courteous communicator, both by phone and in writing.
• Meticulous with details and confident in problem‑solving.
• Trained in phone etiquette and duty procedures.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible to work outside standard hours and be on‑call.
• Must already reside in Paris.
