About the role
As a Travel Designer within the France team, you will plan and coordinate trips primarily across France and occasionally to other European countries. You will be a central part of the sales process, handling client inquiries from direct customers, agencies and other partners.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and assess travel requests from various sources (direct clients, travel agencies, partners).
- Research destinations, transport options, accommodations and activities to build tailored itineraries.
- Prepare and present proposals that match client preferences and budget.
- Coordinate bookings and ensure all travel components are confirmed and documented.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the planning process to address questions and adjustments.
Required profile
- Strong interest in travel and tourism, with knowledge of French and European destinations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse partners.
- Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
