Travel Concierge

About the role

French Side Travel, a luxury Destination Management Company, is looking for a full‑time Travel Concierge to join its Marseille office. You will be the primary point of contact for ultra‑luxury travelers and travel advisors, ensuring every detail of a journey is flawlessly executed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day trip logistics, including reservations for hotels, transport, tours and experiences.
• Arrange restaurant bookings, special requests and bespoke experiences for high‑end clientele.
• Monitor travelers in real time, respond to urgent needs, and resolve unexpected issues on the ground.
• Coordinate with local partners and internal Travel Designers to maintain seamless itineraries.
• Handle reception duties, answer phone and email inquiries, and provide proactive customer service before, during and after travel.

Required profile

• Proven concierge experience with luxury or high‑end customers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French is a plus.
• In‑depth knowledge of French destinations, culture and gastronomy.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Marseille and collaborate with a small, inclusive team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking systems and reservation platforms.
• Experience using CRM tools and standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
