Transformation Financial Controller – Digital & Transformation Controlling

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Transformation Financial Controller to join its Digital and Transformation Controlling Department in Marignane, France. You will play a pivotal role in the new Compliance and Performance Plan (CPP), ensuring strategic projects are properly financed and monitored.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data collection, consolidation, and delivery of Operating Plans and forecasts for a portfolio of €265 million across more than 200 projects.
• Coordinate the domain controller network for actuals, operating plans, and forecasts, guaranteeing accurate reporting and a smooth year‑end close.
• Prepare analyses, KPIs, and alternative funding scenarios to support board arbitration and optimize project financing.
• Partner with board chairs to oversee Opex/Capex arbitration and continuously improve financial processes.
• Ensure cost rebalancing between Airbus Helicopters (AH) and Airbus Helicopters Deutschland (AHD) and support audit readiness.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in finance or controlling.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, adaptability, and a challenge‑oriented mindset.
