Training Coordinator – Toulouse, France

About the role

NIIT is seeking a Training Coordinator to join its Training Delivery Team in Toulouse. You will act as the primary liaison for local stakeholders, supporting the seamless administration of training programs for clients across France.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on delayed attendance sheets and vendor invoices.
• Request and verify corrections to training agreements that do not meet requirements.
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoicing and ensure proper settlement of training payments.
• Guide vendors on administrative processes when payments are handled directly by the client.
• Provide first‑line support for users with training delivery issues or requests.
• Assist the Training Delivery team by analysing client training needs, determining session numbers, and handling training planning.

Required profile

• Experience or knowledge of training administration and vendor coordination (preferred).
• Effective communication skills to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Valid work permit for France.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of SFdC (preferred).
• Knowledge of Cornerstone LMS (preferred).
