About the role

This trainee position supports consultants in the permanent placement divisions, focusing on finance, banking, insurance and legal recruitment.

Key responsibilities

Support consultants with recruitment tasks and candidate sourcing.
Search and contact potential candidates through various channels and maintain the database.
Perform phone pre‑screenings, book interviews and occasionally join client visits.
Gather commercial information, detect sales opportunities and manage job postings.
Contribute to ad‑hoc projects such as job fairs and school presentations.

Required profile

Master's degree.
First experience in finance or legal matters is a plus.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, driven and able to work flexible hours.

Required skills

Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
Computer literate.
