About the role

We are expanding our global service network and are seeking enthusiastic Tour Guides and Service Ambassadors to deliver world‑class experiences to travelers worldwide. The role combines itinerary planning, on‑site storytelling and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of each group.

Key responsibilities

• Design and adjust travel itineraries to match the interests of each group.
• Guide customers through local attractions on foot or by vehicle, providing insightful commentary.
• Maintain group safety at all times and adhere to prescribed safety codes.
• Stay current on new attractions and points of interest that may appeal to guests.
• Deliver engaging stories and personalize tours to create memorable experiences.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent conversational and storytelling abilities.
• Personable, humorous disposition with strong organizational and improvisational skills.
• Passion for travel and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
