Time Limits Document Specialist – Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Time Limits Document (TLD) specialist to join the Engineering Directorate’s EOS team, supporting airlines with mandatory inspection and maintenance limits for ATR aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Support design office specialists on type certificate changes and assess impact on TLDs.
• Select and manage TLD revision processes (NR/TR, standalone) and ensure timely availability of inputs.
• Produce justification documents for TLD revisions and support certification office approvals.
• Monitor overall TLD activity, report issues, and coordinate process improvements and stakeholder training.
• Prepare TLD publication files and integrate revisions into the Maintenance Planning Document (MPD).
• Answer airline queries related to TLDs and participate in MRB processes via MSG‑3 system analyses.

Required profile

• Degree in Maintenance Aeronautics.
• At least 2 years experience in scheduled maintenance activities (ALS/TLD or MSG‑3).
• Fluent in English (C1 minimum) and French.
• Ability to present effectively to airworthiness authorities and airlines.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ICA regulations.
• Expertise in ALS/MSG‑3/IP44/MRB processes and associated regulations.
• Good knowledge of ATR systems design.
