Thumbnail Designer for AI Media Channel

About the role

Join Electrify’s fast‑growing AI media brand as a Thumbnail Designer. You will create and publish high‑performing thumbnails, titles and descriptions for The Rundown’s YouTube and social channels, shaping how millions experience AI news.

Key responsibilities

• Design 2–3 A/B‑tested thumbnails each weekday for YouTube and social media.
• Write SEO‑optimised titles and descriptions that maximise clarity and engagement.
• Collaborate with media and content teams to turn scripts and stories into compelling visual assets.
• Analyse performance metrics, test creative approaches and iterate designs based on data.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and manage the publishing workflow.

Required profile

• Exceptional eye for design with experience creating high‑performing digital content.
• Excellent copywriting skills in English and ability to craft compelling titles and descriptions.
• Proven track record designing and A/B testing YouTube thumbnails that achieve 100k+ views.
• Strong understanding of performance analytics and a passion for continuous optimisation.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience using professional editing and AI‑powered creative tools.
• Ability to source, edit and enhance images to produce polished, high‑quality creative.
