Territory Account Manager

About the role

The Territory Account Manager will lead the development of our client’s industrial heat‑tracing business across France. Reporting to the regional sales leadership, you will drive profitable growth by promoting thermal solutions to key players in oil & gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, power and marine sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a France‑wide sales strategy aligned with the company’s industrial heat‑tracing portfolio.
• Identify and pursue hidden customer needs through value‑based and solution selling.
• Build and maintain account plans for major EPC firms, contractors and end‑users.
• Deliver seminars, trainings and lunch‑and‑learn sessions for strategic customers.
• Position thermal products and services early in project lifecycles to become the partner of choice.
• Monitor competitor activity, assess regional threats and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent engineering experience.
• Proven experience selling turnkey solutions in industrial or project environments.
• Strong network and market knowledge of refinery, oil & gas, chemicals, petrochemicals, pharmaceutical and power industries in France.
• Fluent French (native level) and proficient English.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ for customer visits and meetings.
