Technology Specialist & Integration Lead

About the role

As a member of the Architecture & Integration team at Airbus Commercial Aircraft, you will develop IT solutions for measurements and metrology, driving emerging technologies and application integration to ensure timely and quality Entry Into Service (EIS). The position is based in Toulouse, France, within a dynamic aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess emerging metrology technologies and autonomously develop Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Design, develop, and edit software components in line with IT architectural blueprints.
• Define test strategies, scripts, and scenarios to guarantee seamless EIS.
• Coordinate functional and technical integration across legacy systems, databases, and interfaces.
• Update IT guidelines and promote knowledge sharing across business units.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT architecture, software engineering, or metrology integration.
• Technical expertise in software development, component integration, and UI/UX design.
• Strong proficiency in testing strategies, solution deployment, and legacy system integration.
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Design Thinking, and emerging tech trends such as Generative AI.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and comply with Export Control regulations.
• Security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.
