About the role
The company is looking for a traveling Technical Sales Engineer specialized in heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning (CVC) to join its team in Lille on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Agency Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the client portfolio across the Hauts‑de‑France region.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the CVC sector.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct on‑site visits, present technical solutions and prepare commercial proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report sales activities and results to the Agency Manager.
Required profile
- Proven experience in technical sales or field service within the HVAC/CVC industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Fluent in French; English is a plus.
