Vous assurerez le support informatique de niveau 1 et 2, le diagnostic et la résolution d’incidents, l’accompagnement des utilisateurs et la continuité des services dans un environnement multi‑utilisateurs, tout en contribuant à la qualité de service et à la fiabilité du parc informatique.
