Technicien Méthodes – Service Méthodes & Amélioration Continue

About the role

The company is looking for a Methods Technician to join the Methods & Continuous Improvement department in Sommières. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation to ensure aerospace parts meet technical, quality and cost requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse technical dossiers and client documentation.
• Write and update manufacturing ranges, rework instructions and work instructions.
• Manage document revisions, configuration and First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Create purchase items, draft order comments and process customer returns.
• Participate in the industrialisation of new products, risk analysis and follow‑up of action plans.
• Provide technical support to production teams and suppliers.
• Identify technical anomalies and contribute to their resolution with internal teams and customers.

Required profile

• Bac+2 technical/industrial qualification (BTS, DUT).
• 1‑5 years of experience as a methods technician or preparer.
• Clear and precise reporting of activities and results.
• Effective time‑management and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and adapt to internal or external client requirements.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly salary between €2,150 and €2,250 (35 h/week).
• 10 % end‑of‑mission indemnity and 10 % paid‑leave premium, resulting in a total gross of €2,601.50‑€2,722.50.
