About the role
The position involves maintaining and servicing elevators for customers in the PACA region, ensuring safety, reliability and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction through quality service and proactive communication.
- Perform accurate real‑time back‑reporting of work performed at equipment level.
- Ensure equipment safety, site environment, and risk identification during service operations.
- Execute planned maintenance, call‑outs and unplanned repairs while respecting schedules and safety standards.
- Plan workload, raise sales leads, manage proximity stock and maintain service tooling.
Required profile
- Regularly update supervisor with relevant information and follow escalation procedures.
- Be familiar with all aspects of lift technology and attend mandatory training.
- Provide training or coaching to nominated personnel when required.
