About the role

The Elevator Maintenance Technician will ensure the safety, performance and reliability of lift equipment for customers in the PACA region. You will act as the main point of contact on‑site, delivering high‑quality service and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer communication, providing accurate ETA, job details and real‑time reporting through e‑Optimum.
• Perform planned maintenance, call‑outs and unplanned repairs while respecting schedules and safety standards.
• Identify site risks, apply escalation procedures and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain and manage proximity stock, request spares and keep service tools and van in good condition.
• Submit precise timesheets, back‑report work performed and raise sales leads to the supervisor.
• Contribute feedback for product and process improvement.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and proactive communication.
• Commitment to safety, risk identification and immediate corrective actions.
• Ability to plan workload efficiently and collaborate with the service supervisor.
• Willingness to attend training on lift technologies and possibly coach junior staff.
