About the role

IZIWORK, the leading digital temporary‑staffing agency, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join its team in Ronchin, France. The role involves preparing meeting rooms, handling furniture, and supporting employees with minor repairs and equipment management.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange meeting and conference rooms, including tables and chairs, according to client needs.
• Ensure furniture is positioned correctly at the right time.
• Manage and monitor equipment such as water dispensers and photocopiers.
• Respond to employee requests for interventions, including chair replacement, small repairs, and furniture adjustments.
• Process and track requests using dedicated IT tools.
• Work in a pair with an experienced colleague for furniture installation tasks.

Required profile

• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills for regular client contact.
• Service‑oriented mindset with good relational abilities.
• Dynamic, team‑spirit, and willingness to assist colleagues.
• Basic handyman knowledge appreciated.
• Comfortable using computer applications.
