Technicien de maintenance en pharmacie (H/F)

About the role

Join a leading pharmaceutical company in Toulouse as a Maintenance Technician. You will ensure the reliability of production and packaging equipment through preventive and corrective actions, working in a dynamic, safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns on mechanical components (bearings, seals, actuators) and electrical systems (contactors, relays, sensors, motors).
• Carry out adjustments according to technical documentation and support operators during start‑up and restart phases.
• Enter work orders in the GMAO system (SAP PM), keep the maintenance log, update technical files, manage spare‑part inventory and create maintenance procedures.
• Provide technical support for new projects, contribute to continuous improvement/LEAN initiatives, and ensure equipment reliability.
• Act as safety and technical referent for a designated production or packaging area, working 2×8 shift patterns (day/night).

Required profile

• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably in a regulated environment such as pharma.
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts.

Required skills

• Mechanical maintenance: bearings, seals, pneumatic/hydraulic actuators.
• Electrical maintenance: contactors, relays, sensors, motors.
• Proficiency with SAP PM or similar GMAO tools.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
