About the role

The Elevator Maintenance Technician ensures the safety, performance and reliability of lift equipment for KONE customers in Paris. The role combines on‑site service, customer communication and precise reporting to guarantee high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing proactive communication, accurate ETA updates and detailed service reports.
• Execute planned maintenance, emergency call‑outs and unplanned repairs while adhering to safety standards and time limits.
• Identify site risks, apply escalation procedures when necessary, and ensure a safe working environment for end‑users.
• Manage proximity stock, request spare parts, and keep service tools and vehicle equipment in good condition.
• Submit precise back‑reporting, timesheets and raise sales leads to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Familiarity with lift technology and willingness to attend company‑provided training.
• Ability to update supervisors regularly and follow all safety and maintenance instructions.
• Potential to coach or train colleagues as required by the supervisor.
