Technical Support Specialist – Remote (France)

About the role

This remote position is for a Technical Support Specialist based in France, working for a fast‑growing company that provides business messaging technology. You will act as a primary point of contact for customers and partners, helping them resolve API‑related issues and maximize the value of the messaging platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support via tickets, chat, email and virtual meetings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues concerning APIs, integrations and platform functionalities.
• Collaborate with second‑level support teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Guide customers through onboarding, platform features and best practices.
• Work closely with commercial and onboarding teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
• Escalate complex technical problems to external platform representatives when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of cases, resolutions and recurring issues.
• Contribute to process improvements and support quality enhancements.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in technical or customer support.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1) and fluency in at least one additional language.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
